America's Got Talent Contestant to Perform at Heritage Mall
May 9, 2016 – Albany, OR. Guinness World Record holder and comedian Alex Zerbe, a.k.a. The Zaniac, is set to perform at Heritage Mall’s Kids’ Club on May 21 at 11am.
With captivating amounts of energy, Alex Zerbe moves like a rubber band from one end of the stage to the other. Beatboxing, juggling, dancing, singing, music and magic are just a few of the things that led Piers Morgan of America’s Got Talent to call Alex, “The total package.”
The “Professional Zaniac,” who’s been cracking jokes onstage for almost 15 years, zigzags between physical stunts and non-stop comedy. During the show vegetables are sliced in half by flying playing cards, flaming torches and bowling balls are juggled with ease and every audience volunteer leaves the stage in triumph.
A self-described “human cartoon,” his show is not only for the kids in the family. “I try to make my show like the movie Shrek, super entertaining for the kids but there’s a whole other level of comedy for teens and adults.” says Zerbe.
Zerbe is a hacky-sack world champion, two-time Guinness World Record holder, has been voted the Pacific Northwest’s funniest prop comic, is currently ranked Seattle’s third Best Air Guitarist, has appeared on prime-time television shows “America’s Got Talent” and “Last Comic Standing” and has performed in 14 countries.
“Kids” of all ages are invited to enjoy what promises to be a spectacularly entertaining experience.
Heritage Mall’s Kids’ Club is a free event on the third Saturday of every month for kids under 12 years old, sponsored by Samaritan Health Services. You can register your child at http://www.heritagemall.com/kids-club/.
